Combustion (Fire & Tools)

Why are Vargo BOTs and bottles showing up in a combustion section?
Because fire is a process, not a trick.
Getting to combustion requires forethought, preparation, and the ability to create and preserve ignition sources, not just spark them once. Bottles and containers matter because they allow you to make char cloth, protect it, and carry it forward. Without a container and a combustion pathway, you’re relying on luck. Combustion includes lighters, ferro rods, and magnifying lenses, but those tools only work reliably when paired with preparation. There is far more to fire than a tool that works out of the box. Fire continuity—being able to start it again tomorrow—is what actually keeps you alive.
