We stand behind the gear we sell. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, not purchase date.

Items returned outside this window will be refused.
Condition Requirements

Items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.

No field use. No test use. No “I just tried it once.”

Packaging must be complete and undamaged (boxes, bags, inserts, manuals, etc.).
Inspection & Deductions
All returns are inspected upon receipt.
If we find scratches, dents, wear marks, missing packaging, odors, or any signs of use, we will:

Deduct value based on condition, or
-
Refuse the return and send the item back at your expense.
Condition-based deductions are not negotiable.
Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We offer a prepaid return label for convenience:

$5 fee for small items

$10 fee for larger/heavier items

The label fee is deducted from your refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after inspection, typically within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:

Clearance or discounted items

Hygiene-related or consumable items
-
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Warranty Issues
Defective items should not be returned through this process.
Contact us first and we’ll handle it under the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.
