Return Policy

Foxtrot Gear Return Policy

We stand behind the gear we sell. If an item arrives and isn’t right for you, the following return policy applies.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items received after this window are not eligible for return.


Item Condition

Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unaltered

  • In original packaging with all included components (boxes, bags, inserts, manuals, etc.)

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible for a full refund.


Inspection & Eligibility

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

If an item shows evidence of use, damage, missing components, or other condition issues, Foxtrot Gear may:

  • Apply a partial refund based on condition, or

  • Decline the return and send the item back to the customer at their expense

Condition-based determinations are made after inspection.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

For convenience, we offer optional prepaid return labels:

  • $5 for small items

  • $10 for larger or heavier items

Prepaid label fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Return instructions and the return address are provided after a return request is approved.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Hygiene-related or consumable items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page


Warranty & Defective Items

Items that arrive defective or experience a warranty-related issue should not be returned through this process.

Please contact us first so we can assist with manufacturer warranty support or replacement options when applicable.
